Before joining PRK Partners as equity partner, François Veit was resident partner of the Gide Loyrette Nouel office in Prague between 2000 and 2010. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and real estate. François obtained a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School, a master’s degree in criminal law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, a master’s degree in musicology (Sorbonne University Paris IV) and a degree in philosophy (Sorbonne University Paris I).
He is co-author of the book “Media Law and Intellectual Property Law in the Czech Republic”.
François has also been involved in media and entertainment law, art dealing in France and in Central Europe.
