Andrew A. Michta is Professor of Strategic Studies at the Hamilton School and a former Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center, as well as former Dean of the College of International and Security Studies at the George C. Marshall Center. He specializes in international security, NATO, and European politics, with a particular focus on Central Europe and the Baltic states. He is the author of numerous books on European security and is currently completing Europe Reconfigured, to be published in 2026.
